API for specific user

Hi,

Not an advanced user, so this may be above my paygrade.  I know how to create an API on my Emby server, but I don't know how to make one that is bound to a specific user.  Could anyone help me out?  Tried googling but most explainations included sending POST commands, which I have no idea for to do.
