Multiple Live TV libraries (or per-tuner Live TV sections) for large IPTV lineups

I run several M3U tuners from an IPTV proxy (Dispatcharr), each with its own tuner tag, and every user has tag restrictions so they only see their channels. Thanks for adding tuner tags already.

What still does not scale is that Live TV is a single library. With thousands of channels:
- The channel list and the guide are very hard to use, especially in mobile apps, even with tag filters and the guide's tuner filter.
- Everything shows up as one Live TV section on the home screen, no matter which source it came from.
- Channel management for the whole combined list is slow and hard to keep tidy.

Request: allow more than one Live TV library, the same way we can have several movie or TV libraries:
- Each library has its own tuners and guide data.
- Each library has its own user access, like any other library.
- Each library appears as its own section on the home screen and in all apps, with its own guide.

If full libraries are too big a change, a smaller step would still help a lot: show each tuner (or tuner tag) as its own section in the channel list and guide across all apps, including mobile.
