Emby refuses to match random shows and movies

Just installed so please be nice, new user here.

I added categories like Movies and Kids shows, etc. Random stuff refuses to Auto match while others are just fine. All of it matched perfectly when I used Plex so I know the naming convention isn't the issue. I have themovedb, thetvdb, fanart, and a few other plugins installed, but it'll scan the folder and just stop matching stuff for no apparent reason. I can manually put in thetvdb number for the series and it grabs the info then, but for some reason it just won't for others. Any tips?

Added a screenshot and the top log file I found, in case that helps.

I added a screenshot to the post already. It's just random stuff like it'll scan a folder, show as complete, but then I go in and shows are just not matched. I can manually match them and it updates but for no apparent reason some won't automatically.

HI, can you please attach the screenshot as an image rather than a docx? Also, how are your files named and organized ?

We need to see your actual file names and folder structure to check.  Although Plex and Emby use similar file name conventions, there are many edge cases which they don't handle the same.

Emby's conventions are described in detail here:

Gotcha, sorry about that. Here you go.

These screen shots are just from the Kids Section but it's in all areas, movies, tv shows, etc. If I do a manual tvdb id grab, it finds and updates, but no amount of Metadata refresh or Rescan is making it grab all the missing shows.

Is that a better output?

Is there a separate library for Kids' Shows, and is the linked folder specified as "E:\Kids Shows"?  Is the first metadata provider for that library TVDB?  If so, I can't immediately see a problem.

I'd be inclined not to include the show date in the file names of the individual episodes, as having lots of numbers around has sometimes been an area in which Emby has been fragile.

Note also that you can put the TVDB id in the folder name, like: "The Magic School Bus (1994) [tvdbid=71416]".
