Are there known issues using 4.10.2.0 version of Emby with Roku clients?

Since updating Emby to 4.10.2.0 my sister who has a Roku device is complaining

Some episodes play video, but have no sound, other episodes are just buffering and won't play at all

My other family members use Fire Sticks and no issues, so it seems to be specific to Roku clients, but given this behavior only started after I upgraded Emby to 4.10.2.0 I am thinking there has to be a connection.  I can play the same episodes on my Firestick without issue.

She has rebooted and factory reset her Roku and still the same behavior.

Anyone else with Roku devices having issues?
