Emby for Android on TV: optional "See all" tile at the end of long home rows

This was asked before (https://emby.media/community/topic/115558-see-all-option-all-media-types-on-the-android-tv-app/), but it is still missing in 2026.

On a Fire TV Stick with Emby for Android 3.5.63 (server 4.10.2.0), home rows have no "See All", even custom home sections with hundreds of items. Rows just keep going to the end, and with a remote that means pressing right 100+ times. My daughter's kids rows have that many items, and she assumes what she sees at the start is all there is.

Interestingly, the older Emby for Android TV app already ends long rows with a folder tile that opens the whole section as a grid, which works great.

A suggestion that keeps everyone happy: make it a setting per home section (or per user), with two options:

- Infinite scroll, as it works now.

- A maximum number of items (e.g. 20). After that, the row ends with a "See all" tile that opens the whole section as a grid.
