Emby Fire TV App won't play any media and only gives "Error Processing Your Request"

I am new to Emby and I just set everything up. Emby works fine on my computer and on iOS devices but just downloaded the firetv app on the Vegas OS and it connects to my server, shows all my media but will not play any of it. How do I fix it?
