Please submit last new version of Emby Server to Synology Package Center

Hello,

I would like to update Emby Server on my Synology NAS, but the version available in Synology Package Center is still older than the current release.

On my Synology NAS, Package Center shows:

- Installed version: Emby Server 4.9.5.0-724090500
- Latest version available in Synology Package Center: 4.9.5.0-724090500

However, Emby Server 4.10.2.0 is already available from the Emby website.

What I am trying to do is update Emby Server directly from Synology Package Center, so that the package remains managed and updated through DSM. At the moment, Package Center does not offer the 4.10.2.0 update, so I cannot update it through the normal DSM update process.

Could you please submit the updated Emby Server 4.10.2.0 package to Synology, so that it becomes available in Synology Package Center for DSM users?

My setup:
- NAS model: DS923+
- DSM version: DSM 7.4.1-90080 Update 1
- Installed Emby Server version: 4.9.5.0-724090500
- Requested Emby Server version: 4.10.2.0

Hi, we did. They’re saying that if it passes it will be published by end of November. Originally said end of October but then they said they had some delays on their end.

I think they publish app updates in bulk once per month, but for some reason they have to skip October . Maybe if users voiced their feedback, you could get them to publish sooner than a month from now.
