Email Notifications enhancements

• It would be great if rather than the user having to setup the email server, I think it would be better if server saved the credentials for the SMTP server
  • All the user should have to do is set their email in "email to:"
• There should be an option to setup a "prefix" on the subject so the user getting the email can setup proper filters/rules
  • This should be an option for both the admin/server as well as the user, with it pre-filled in with the server value
• For email servers, there should be a couple of default servers.  Gmail, outlook, etc
  • For outlook 365, it would be great if we could also use oauth

Yes, any admin can feel free to move this
