Nice, but it's only available for 4.10 xx when i'm trying to update mine to 4.10 it seems to be greyed out any idea why?

yes of course luke, but nothing happens
worth noting is that my emby server is not on C drive,

it also keeps asking to restart to apply update but after multiple reboots it's still on Version 4.9.3.0

OK I would try shutting down the server and installing the update manually from the website on top of your existing version. Please see if that helps. Thanks.
