ianmcleish 6 Posted Monday at 08:40 AM Posted Monday at 08:40 AM Hi, I don't even know where to start with this one. Running Emby Server 4.10.1.0 on Unraid. Using the Arrs. There may be other series I am not aware of but the one I noticed is that South Park Season 29 only shows the first episode. Sonarr reckons it has the first three, and I can see the files in the data/media/.........../Season29 folder, but Emby cannot. I have checked file permissions manually and also ran a docker safe new permissions. Multiple library scans have not picked these up. Could anyone suggest even where to start? Is it a Sonarr issue, or an Emby issue. Any suggestions? I would be most grateful! Ian
GrimReaper 5202 Posted Monday at 09:24 AM Posted Monday at 09:24 AM How are your files named and organized?
ianmcleish 6 Posted Monday at 10:26 AM Author Posted Monday at 10:26 AM same as they always were - each episode in the season folder. I checked other seasons and the structure is the same. As an aside, I fired up Jellyfin and it can see them. Each season folder is structured as this; /mnt/user/data/media/tv/South Park/Season 29/ Then the file, this one is not showing up; South Park - S29E02 - Billionaire Weenietown WEBDL-1080p [IMDB-tt0121955].mkv

ianmcleish 6 Posted Monday at 11:45 AM Author Posted Monday at 11:45 AM That didn't make a difference, but thanks for the suggestion. I did go through and chack the api keys, one of those was wrong - I had the port wrong - it was set to 8098, which is Jellyfin. I have sorted that, and am running a full scan. Would removing the tv shows folder from emby and re-adding it do any harm??
Luke 43402 Posted Monday at 04:30 PM Posted Monday at 04:30 PM That should be fine. Let us know how that goes. Thanks.
IAmHugh 93 Posted Monday at 04:35 PM Posted Monday at 04:35 PM (edited) See my latest thread cause I just ran into on the beta for Linux where recently added media would have metadata grabbed. No images, no show or movie info. Rolled back to a previous beta and all's good again. Been a long while since I've seen the behavior, but it has happened before. Seems that for some reason Emby will not or cannot connect to the net to retrieve the info. I just updated the beta to 4.11.0.9 and all is working again. Admin this post is not a mistake. I accidentally stuck it in my thread, but it was suppose to go here. Please do not remove it thinking it was put here by mistake. Edited Monday at 04:36 PM by IAmHugh 1

Your post is talking about a different issue from the subject of this thread, and adding out-of-context posts just messes things up. Paul 2

Sure sounds like it could very likely be what pops up from time to time to me, so no it is no out of context. 1

I totally messed up, and had to install a backed up version, running a full library scan now, but removing and re adding the TV folder didn't make Emby see those episodes. 2
HawkXP71 133 Posted Tuesday at 05:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:51 PM Just to state something that burned me before. Check to see if you have a downloaded nfo file already in the directory.
