TCP congestion control and 4K streaming

Hi,

Streaming 4K 60-90mbps files from my Synology DSM 7.3 from another country causes a lot of buffering the first time I hit play. But if I stop and start play again once or twice, the problem is resolved.borh networks have fast 200mbps+ connections.

Research online shows that this is a TCP congestion issue. Has anyone had this issue? If so, is there a solution?

Please see from about 23 :00 hours on 18 October or 00:00 19 October (if local server time). I made two tries:

1. Bufferings where the stream does not recover

2. Stream starts and plays normally
