Upcoming TV Plugin

I am hoping someone can help me with this plugin in. I paid for it a few months ago and yet it still said Trial Period Expired. So last week I paid for it again and it still says Trial Period Expired.. Am I missing something I am meant to do to activate this plugin?

You shouldn't have had to pay for the plugin twice. You need to be a MB supporter before supporter/paid plugins will function. You become an MB supporter by donating within the help section of the server dashboard. Unless you choose one of the ongoing options, supporter keys are a one time purchase.

 

If you still have the paypal info for the second plugin purchase. I'd request a refund and buy a supporter membership instead.

I am already a supporter, have been for quite  a while. Anything else I purchase normally just updates fine. The reason I paid again was I thought maybe I had the plugins confused and I thought it wasn't much to be sure. But now I am absolutely sure and its not working.

You had a different email address or used a different PayPal account for the registration of upcoming TV.  You should have received a new key with that transaction and you need to merge it with the one you had before (same page where you enter it).

I did change the email address on my paypal account, so I will check that out, thank you..
