Jrod696 31 Posted yesterday at 06:26 AM Posted yesterday at 06:26 AM I created a plugin called BounceBack that automatically rewinds playback by a few seconds whenever you resume a paused video. The idea comes from an old TiVo feature that I always appreciated. If you pause a show to get up for a few minutes, when you return and press Play, it automatically jumps back a few seconds. This gives you just enough time to remember what was happening or catch the last bit of dialogue without manually rewinding. BounceBack brings that functionality to Emby. Features: Automatically rewinds playback when resuming from pause. Default rewind duration is 3 seconds, but it can be adjusted from 1 to 15 seconds. Select which libraries BounceBack is enabled for. All libraries are disabled by default. Configurable minimum pause duration. You can have BounceBack activate on every pause or only after playback has been paused for a specified amount of time. Each playback session is handled independently, so multiple users can watch different content without interfering with one another. Optional diagnostic logging for troubleshooting. Compatibility: Emby Server 4.10.1.0 (Windows) Tested and working on Amazon Fire TV Stick and Android TV. Roku is not supported due to Roku's security policies restricting the remote playback control functionality required by the plugin. Installation: Stop Emby Server. Copy the BounceBack DLL into your Emby Server plugins folder. Start Emby Server. Open the BounceBack plugin settings. Select the libraries where you want the feature enabled. Adjust the rewind duration and minimum pause duration to your preference, then save. The plugin does not modify media files or the Emby library database. BounceBack is designed to work quietly in the background. Once configured, there is nothing else to do. Just pause and resume playback as you normally would. Sometimes it's the little features you miss the most, and this is one I've wanted back for years. BounceBack.dll 1
Neminem 1945 Posted yesterday at 07:16 AM Posted yesterday at 07:16 AM Hmm how is this different from the build-in funktion?

Because that function only works after hitting stop not pause as it clearly states on the tooltip of your highlighted red box. Edited yesterday at 07:42 AM by Jrod696 1
