library scan using folder name

can i have the library scanner set so that it looks for metadata based on the folder names?

 

it appears to me that it is looking at the video file name.

Any idea how to force emby to scan using only the folder names? I have my nzb client to rename the folder but keep the filename (so I can download subtitles, etc)
