Time offset for "skip intro"

I often find that auto skip intro cuts off parts of my shows. That's why I don't enable the automatic function. 

It would be great if users could tweak the timing of the skip function, similar to time offset for subtitles. If I have to watch an extra 2 second of intro music to not cut off 2 seconds of a show, I'd prefer that
