Emby does not recieve Metadata for an Episode from TVDB

I have added the latest Episode of One Piece (S01E1180), but Emby fails to get the Metadata from TVDB. The Episode is availabe on the Site.

I have removed and readded the item, but still get the same result. Tried a metadata refresh with no luck.
Added the TVDB ID manually and then did a metadata refresh and then got this Error message

Removed the Episode, Installed 1.6.7 and then readded the Episode. Works properly now, thank you.
