how to create a new user accessing only the mediatheques on the server?

Bonjour,

I recently created a new user and on his account appeared a lot of video/films coming from who knows where....

I don't understand why but I would like to be able to create new users who has access only to the available mediatheques on the server.

What library permissions did you apply? What are they seeing that they shouldn't? Your libraries only contain your actual media. Please provide screenshots.
