NotherUser 2 Posted Friday at 11:16 PM Posted Friday at 11:16 PM Having this problem with some of my installs. The audio COLLECTIONS indicates songs but upon selecting, no songs show up. (Emby indicates "X" number of songs, but zero songs show up.) Consequently, can't play any of the songs contained within. However, using Emby installed on Roku is okay (but can't always play FLAC files.) Emby installed on Shield and Hisense TV apps demonstrates this problem. Current version 4.10.0.40 Running on Windows 11 Thanks for any insight into this problem.
Luke 43131 Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Hi, what do you see in the web interface?
Luke 43131 Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM And also what are you referring to as audio collection? A library?
NotherUser 2 Posted 22 hours ago Author Posted 22 hours ago Ha! I found the problem. The Emby UI is different on the Roku than from Shield (and Android TV) installs. I usually use Emby on the Roku device but since Emby sometimes stops playing a song, I tried the install on the Shield. On the Roku, once you click on an album collection, all the contents are displayed. On the Shield, the contents aren't displayed. To display them, you have to click All Items, and this option is not present on the Roku. From the screen dumps, you can see the differences, including the tops of the CD on the Roku version. (Strange though...on the Shield I'm fairly certain I clicked the All Items button because I tried clicking everything I could see. Probably my bad memory.) So the problem is solved. My bad... Thanks for your help. 1

ebr 16759 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago This was an issue in the app that will be fixed with the next release. Thanks.
NotherUser 2 Posted 41 minutes ago Author Posted 41 minutes ago ebr: Yes, the Collection contained only audio files. And thanks for the info about the eventual fix for the problem. Thanks for all the timely responses, too.
