Folder Showing No Items

Hello,

 

I have a Christmas Folder that has several Christmas shows for the kids (Shrek, rudolph, Frosty, etc)  Before media browser worked and showed the files in the Christmas folder and I was able to play them.    Now when I go to the Christmas Shows folder I then see a folder for Shrek Christmas and then when I click that I dont see anything.  The only thing that shows is black screen with no items even though there is a .mkv file there to play.  I dont know what changed maybe an auto update?

 

Folder Structure:

 

Christmas Shows - > Frosty - > .mkv file

                                  Rudolph -> .mkv file

                                   .....

 

Please let me know what I can do to help troubleshoot.

What shows up in the Web client?

Same thing.  I can drill down to the show level but then in the folder it doesn't have the show (.mkv) file present it shows empty.  Is there a setting that got messed up or something changed?  Thank you for your help.

It must be for shows that dont have a episode folder?  I have a Halloween shows folder and a Christmas shows folder (They have various clips and cartoons) and those are the only ones affected.  Thanks for taking a look!
