direct stream without any advantage

Hello
If I get this ffmpeg log right, the server transmuxes the video to handle the subtitles, then it sees it can't because of missing transcoding permissions, then it just drops the subtitles. 
Just dropping the subtitles should be something without touching the video serverside? 

Shouldn't that be enforced in that case?

Hi, yes it would be better if it didn't attempt the transcode at all and just dropped the subtitles. But of course this is an edge case, and you're going to be more likely to run into those with uncommon settings.

So do you have the resources to fix these edge cases over time or probably not?
