Tells me I need a password to my own account for my server

Im having problems accessing my emby account thats attached to my server. I originally never had one and the ones that would have been it, doesn't work. I tried to recover everything but its not showing in the directory thats giving. This server is on the Nvidia Shield Pro and everything was working fine until this happened... I also tried to make a new account and that didn't work either, it just put me in a constant loop to where I have to sign in and the password doesn't work. Is there a better link, better instructions or even a way to start from scratch, this is very frustrating and this is the only way it seems to get a hold of you.
