Roku not displaying images correctly

Over the last few days I’ve noticed my posters (and some thumbnails on the continue playing) on my main page disappearing but only on my Roku TVs. iPhone, computer are fine no issues. I tried to reboot server, tv, computer etc then my category images (movies tv etc) disappeared as well. I’ve researched a little on past threads and stuff and it seems like I should maybe erase my cache folder on my computer. I just don’t want to go erasing things and rebuilding until I know it’s absolutely necessary. Attached is a few photos and my log.

From my iPhone via web. I also took those of my daughters account but these are from mine. Nonetheless same shows you can see they’re showing fine in the web display vs the Roku

OK I suppose you could try deleting C:\Users\redwi\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\images and see if that helps. I would restart the Roku app after doing that.

@ebrIs the PR#1809 (the maincard image fix) in the store version yet or is it just presently in the Beta and testing? This issue is likely fixed by #1809.

I just deleted the specified file Luke said to I'm rebooting the server and my tv and will report back later. It'll need to repropagate right?

it will happen automatically. in the short term you may notice slower server performance as it builds back up, just like if you installed the server fresh.
