Pb while playing vidéos in 4K

Hi,

I have 2 issues.

On the LG Smart TV (28TN515S-PZ) can't play films in 4K

Also, while playing personnal vidéos, the image of many  of them is inversed.

Can you help please?

HI, have you updated to Emby for LG 1.0.51? Has that helped?

Hi Luke,

I confirm that the Emby LG App is already in version 1.0.51.

I have done à new test and joined a new report.

Remark: on this TV 28TN515S-PZ, only 4K videos can't be played, 1080p, 720p etc are OK.

OK @SamEScan look into whether we can add detection for this model to force transcoding for higher resolution content. Thanks.

I have another issue with an 1080p video on a new buyed TV, the file cannot be launched, can u diagnose the problem?
