Why are there so many problems with the Emby app from the Windows Store? I’ve had audio issues that I couldn't fix, and it won't automatically proceed to the next episode—it just gets stuck in a loop, even with looping turned off. However, if you download Emby Theater for Windows from https://github.com/MediaBrowser/emby-theater-windows/releases, all the problems disappear and everything works perfectly on the PC. This happens to both me and my friends—it only affects the PC version; the TV and mobile apps work fine. The Windows Store version is just crap. And the other one—why isn't it on the Emby website?

If its not on Emby's website, its a third party app, and not affiliated with Emby.

There are no problems it works great. As Luke said provide further information if you require assitance.

That may well be, but the person in question is part of the Emby team known as Administrators—Luke is one of them.

Its the old Emby electron based app available on Github.

Its not a 3rd party app.

But that isn't a reason not to give the information asked for; you'd want to help the devs fix any problems if they are ones you and your friends care about, right?  Developers like to see logs and full descriptions of what you are experiencing - and Luke is chief developer, so he'd know. 

And details matter.  Audio problems are often a matter of what devices are connected and the settings in those devices, as well as the app trying to pull things together.  A search in the forum should find threads dealing with that kind of issue.
