Hardware Transcoding Failing - TOS7

 Hardware transcoding is not working on TOS7, but falls back to software transcoding. Currently running Emby 4.10.0.24 on TOS 7.0.0804 and a Terramaster F4-423.

I'm glad to hear that, but this problem has already stretched across 2 different Emby ffmpeg releases for me, so unless you're working with TerraMaster to resolve this, I cannot be optimistic or encouraged by this news.  If you already haven't please reach out to them and find an answer for this long running problem..
