Web Streams Plugin Fail Error

I finally managed to cobble together a system that would generate .strm files from my provider's M3U files. For the movie part, I had been using Web Streams plugin, but all of a sudden I noticed this happening. If I click on "edit filter", I get that "error" popup.

Anyone else using Web Streams run into this before?
