voodoo5_6k 31 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Hi, I've just installed the current version from github and it stopped auto-connecting to the known server (on the LAN). Every time when restarting the application, it will stop at the select server window. If I select the known server, and hit connect, it will connect. Forgetting the server and re-entering everything won't alter the application's behaviour. This behaviour is new. The previous version didn't do this. And nothing else changed.
ebr 16534 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Hi. Check the "Startup Behavior" in the app settings.
voodoo5_6k 31 Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago Thanks @ebr It was set to "remember last user" (the default, I guess). That didn't work anymore. Then I had set it to specifically sign in as "that user", but that also didn't have any effect. It is always showing that server selection screen. It worked before. This just changed with the last update.
ebr 16534 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago What version number of the app? Ensure your server is showing the proper address on its dashboard.
voodoo5_6k 31 Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago 3.5.40 on Shield TV Pro (2019). Yes, the server is showing the right address. This is 4.9.5.0 on TrueNAS. Like I said. Nothing else has changed, nothing else was even touched. We were watching a movie on Saturday with 3.5.38 (or so) and all worked fine, as always, for many years. On Sunday, I upgraded to 3.5.40, and it started.
