It has two subtitle channels. It can be recognized and rendered in IINA palyer, but emby sever。 AI said that It is the S_TEXT/WEBVTT format,I don't know if it is correct. test.mkv

visproduction 366 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago (edited) When I extract the subs, I get an undefined extension instead of .vtt. Why do the subs get the undefined extension? Are they not listed correctly in the media? This might cause Emby player to no recognize the subs correctly. I noticed that there is a uncommented Note at the beginning of the of one of the subtitles. Perhaps the undefined extension works in some situations on some countries. VLC seems to work OK. I can rename the extensions to .vtt as separate files and then the subs look normal. Edited 22 hours ago by visproduction
