MaximusLT 1 Posted July 22 Posted July 22 I recently added both of these movies to my library, however, when it scans the library it thinks these 2 different movies are the same thing, even though the file names are different. Tried moving Devil Wears Prada to a different folder, and even though an .nfo and .bif file were created, it does not show up in my library

Neminem 1835 Posted July 22 Posted July 22 Movie Naming read this !! Remember ( Year ) in your naming, and TmdbId for good measure. I name the folders like this The Devil Wears Prada (2006) {TmdbId-350} The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2026) {TmdbId-1314481}
MaximusLT 1 Posted July 22 Author Posted July 22 The Devil Wears Prada and The Devil Wears Prada 2. One is in my comedy folder (i don't use subfolders) and the other one is in my Drama folder. I don't see why this is a problemm. I have plenty of other movies with just a 2 or 3 at the end and it doesn't affect any of those. And I've never had any issues with not using a different folder for each movie. It just seems to be this movie. I will try naming it TDWP and see what happens.
Solution MaximusLT 1 Posted July 22 Author Solution Posted July 22 Naming it TDWP fixed it. Thanks. 1
