mexsurf24 1 Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM My child uses an Android device, while my friend has an iPhone. They both encounter the same issue when trying to stream movies or TV shows; they receive an error message that prevents them from accessing the content. On the other hand, my wife and I both use Android phones, and we don't experience any of those streaming problems on our devices. In fact, our TVs and computers play the content without any issues at all. It’s interesting to see the contrast between our experiences, especially since my kid and my friend are facing similar difficulties with their devices. What do you think it is? hardware_detection-63920228202.txt
ebr 16516 Posted yesterday at 01:00 PM Posted yesterday at 01:00 PM Hi. Exactly when in this log did the issue occur?
mexsurf24 1 Posted yesterday at 05:26 PM Author Posted yesterday at 05:26 PM As soon as my daughter starts to play a movie or TV show it will kick the message No compatible streams.

Lessaj 534 Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM I'm going to guess bitrate settings, and you disabled allow video transcoding. Without a concrete example, and just perusing some TranscodeReasons that's my guess.
Luke 42770 Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM Hi, please attach the ffmpeg log as well. Thanks.
mexsurf24 1 Posted 23 hours ago Author Posted 23 hours ago The first log is when i asked her to try and play a movie just to catch the log file

Lessaj 534 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago The provided server log ends at 17:14 but this ffmpeg log is from 21:58, so they don't align. I don't see any issues in the transcode log, playback was on a Roku which you haven't mentioned any issues with.
mexsurf24 1 Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago That was the wrong one. It was being played from an android phone, and this the only file that comes up under the log when she tries to play a movie. It won't even make a ffmpeg file. embyserver (1).txt

ebr 16516 Posted 39 minutes ago Posted 39 minutes ago Hi. And also, please, what time did that occur? I mean what time on the clock so that we can look in the log at the proper place. Thanks.
