No compatible streams are currently available just on some devices.

My child uses an Android device, while my friend has an iPhone. They both encounter the same issue when trying to stream movies or TV shows; they receive an error message that prevents them from accessing the content. On the other hand, my wife and I both use Android phones, and we don't experience any of those streaming problems on our devices. In fact, our TVs and computers play the content without any issues at all. It’s interesting to see the contrast between our experiences, especially since my kid and my friend are facing similar difficulties with their devices. What do you think it is?

Hi.  Exactly when in this log did the issue occur?

As soon as my daughter starts to  play a movie or TV show  it will kick the message No compatible streams.

And, at what time within that log, did that happen?

I'm going to guess bitrate settings, and you disabled allow video transcoding. Without a concrete example, and just perusing some TranscodeReasons that's my guess.

Hi, please attach the ffmpeg log as well. Thanks.

The first log is when i asked her to try and play a movie just to catch the log file

The provided server log ends at 17:14 but this ffmpeg log is from 21:58, so they don't align. I don't see any issues in the transcode log, playback was on a Roku which you haven't mentioned any issues with.
