WeerdMunkee1978 3 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) I just downloaded the new server update. I tried to download the 10.14 x64 first (it's what would normally work for me), but it took me to a "Not Found" page (just for good measure I clicked on the ARM version, but "Not Found" came up there too). So I had to download the 10.13 version. It downloaded, but when I installed it, the server now no longer opens and says the site cannot be reached. Restarted the computer to be sure, still nothing. I cannot access Emby at all anymore. How do I fix?? I haven't had any major issues with Emby in forever and a day... Edited 1 hour ago by WeerdMunkee1978 Left out some stuff.
Luke 42726 Posted 59 minutes ago Posted 59 minutes ago Hi there, please attach the Emby server log from when the problem occurred: How to Report a Problem Thanks!
WeerdMunkee1978 3 Posted 51 minutes ago Author Posted 51 minutes ago I can't find any logs to give. The .txt files in the log folder under emby-server are only dated from April 21st 2022 to April 23rd, 2022. There's not many of them in there either.
Luke 42726 Posted 48 minutes ago Posted 48 minutes ago Quote It downloaded, but when I installed it, How exactly did you install it? What file did you download?
WeerdMunkee1978 3 Posted 34 minutes ago Author Posted 34 minutes ago Same way I always do. Put it in my download folder, opened the zip file, placed the EmbyServer.app file into the Applications folder, then opened it. Clicked it once, then had to click on it again to open it. The file I downloaded was the one labeled "macOS 10.13" and reads "embyserver-osx-x64-4.7.14.0.zip" when the download pops up. As I said in the earlier post, I usually download the "macOS 10.14+ X64" file, but that file was not there. The link only opens up a browser page that says "Not Found".
Luke 42726 Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago Did you make sure to open it by following the instructions here: https://emby.media/mac-server.html
WeerdMunkee1978 3 Posted 26 minutes ago Author Posted 26 minutes ago I got it running! Thanks for your help!
