Do you have any sort of plugin or system that is doing something in the transcoding-temp folder? That isn't the whole problem but it is a contributing factor to why you have to use playback correction.

Kramerika 21 Posted July 19 Author Posted July 19 It appears that version 50g fixed the issue with direct playing DD and DTS for me on both of my Shield TVs. The Android app did work for both in even when the Android TV app was broken by 48g, but I do prefer the Android TV app at this point. 2
ChateauPlex 1 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago So the topic is dead, and I am still having many playback issues.

Do you have a fresh example with the latest version of the app? The last set had some very strange file access issues on your server. Make sure it has adequate temp space as well.

ebr 16637 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago There should be an ffmpeg log that goes with that playback. Can you provide that? Don't know why you aren't hearing audio. Its being converted to DD+ which your system reports support for and I see no errors.
ChateauPlex 1 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago See attached. ffmpeg-remux-13cae961-dbcf-4e2b-9466-86625b7b3bb5_1.txt embyserver.txt
ebr 16637 Posted 40 minutes ago Posted 40 minutes ago I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be hearing audio unless something downstream in your system truly cannot accept DD+. What happens if you use playback correction?
