Is Android TV no longer being developed?

The only information I can find on this topic appears to be a few years old.  Has development on Emby for Android TV stopped?  If so, why is it still available for download?

Stil being developed but they will eventually move to the normal app.

Depends on if you prefer it over the other. They both get the job done without any problems.

Install both and run the one you like the most for now.  Some minor things work in one and not the other and it's good to compare if a problem arises. 

The transition has been going on for about 6 years now and we all may be dead before the AndroidTV app is completely done with.
