emby connect issues

what can I provide for someone to help me with emby connect? I have the hardest time with this and everywhere I read on how to do it.. "Its easy" ... i havent found any part of this easy... 

 

What is the secret? I have registered, validated and try to add user to emby but all i get is the error. every time
