maximumentropy 40 Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Currently, full-screen mode can be toggled from the video player or from navigation mode by pressing the F11 key. From the video player, the "F" key also toggles full-screen mode. In navigation mode, "F" does nothing. My request is to allow the "F" key to also toggle full-screen while navigating the library, just like the F11 key does. Thanks!
Luke 42795 Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Hi, the problem is that it would conflict with the ability to type in a letter in a list and scroll down to that letter. Why not just use f11?

Why not just use f11? Fair point - I didn't know that scroll feature existed until now. Also, I didn't know about F11 until I searched this forum while preparing this request. Now that I know about it, and the reason for not allowing F in the navigation conext, I'll use it. Could F11 be added to the "Keyboard and Remote" help feature? That's where I had looked for such a shortcut, and didn't find it. Thanks! 1

It's just a convention and should be documented where it is implemented. For example, here is the Chrome documentation for F11: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/157179?sjid=876777499041284443-NA#zippy=%2Ctab-window-shortcuts Edited July 8 by maximumentropy 1
