Luke 42581 Posted Tuesday at 07:38 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:38 PM Hi there, please attach the Emby server log from when the problem occurred: How to Report a Problem Thanks!
cyberrep 8 Posted Tuesday at 07:42 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 07:42 PM looks like just series its going to this folder, movies running well.
Luke 42581 Posted Tuesday at 07:44 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:44 PM The server is probably being denied write access to your media folder.

Or a script to do it There is no function to move it, sorry. You would have to delete the existing ones and then download again.

I added an option to copy or move the external subtitles, this is all only possible when exporting to custom folder. WARNING: Moving as the name suggests will move the subtitles out of the original video folder! Also moved the "Export to custom folder" to the main tab for ease of use. Hope it helps yocksers/MetaExtractor: Extract metadata from Emby. ***SMOKE BOMB!!*** back to vacation! Edited 23 hours ago by yocker 2

Upon re-reading this, I'm not 100% sure of the workflow or what it actually does. Care to shed some more light? Thanks. Edited 4 hours ago by GrimReaper

Care to shed some more light? Thanks. All i added was an option that copies/moves the subtitle files from the library that the videos are in to a user custom chosen library. So if: TV series/Blackadder/Blackadder S01E03.srt Copy/move to user chosen library along side the other metadata. Works with all external subtitle formats.. That i know of. Have i misunderstood what was wanted? Edited 3 hours ago by yocker 1

Maybe it was my wording that was ambiguous, being a non-native English speaker yourself, you know how often something in your head sounds different then when put in English. Anyway, I hought you'd read the topic from the start as it's just a few posts: basically, intention was to just include an option for subs along with other metadata/images to be extracted from db/server metadata folder, literally same workflow, in the same direction: from server metadata folder to either media folders or custom folder, as subs behave exactly like images: if not explicitly opted-in to save them alongside media they get saved in server metadata folder with no (easy) venues to extract/move them afterwards. Best you can do is appease him. But yeah, i need to start actually start reading the agreements i sign. Btw. i have a couple of days before the next event i have to attend so looking into it now. If i'm right, it's just changing the script a bit so hopefully not much work. Edited 1 hour ago by yocker 2
