Server issues

Ive been having isues with my server for the past month or so restarting my computer or modem would help sometimes but i couldn't connect even on my local network so i uninstalled and restored the server from a backup It ran fine for a week or so and then I started having the same issues now im getting an error message today for the first time when trying to access the server "Could not find a part of the path '\dashboard-ui\index.html'.

Hi.  Is it possible you have an AV program that could be interfering?

I’m not sure I haven’t installed anything new recently and I’ve come to find out today that infuse works on my Apple TV at home and while I’m at work on my phone the music app I’m using is allowing me to access my library I have on the Emby server as well.

Hi.  None of those would need to access the file referenced in your error.

Ok well I don’t really know how to fix it and I’m not running antivirus software any other ideas on how I would go about troubleshooting it?

Something is blocking access to a critical part of the web interface.  Culprits could be AV program, ad blockers, privacy stuff, etc...
