Normanos 14 Posted Thursday at 09:01 AM Posted Thursday at 09:01 AM I don't have huge library ~1600 movies and 417 Tv Shows. Emby not adding new items or changing, need to scan library manually or as Scheduled task. But I don't mind. As I now using TinyMediaManager, it's even better. For older show different sources have different metadata and need some time find correct one. Onbly Reordings works fine as have just 5-10 recordings.

One doesn't need to - but if you (personally, I'm quite anal when it comes to curating my collection, and I suppose I ain't the only one) want infinitely more control, more providers and more granulation in metadata/artwork fetching (to name just a few), TMM is leagues ahead. And that's OK, it is purposely built software for that exact functionality - Emby has a lot more on its plate. Edited 43 minutes ago by GrimReaper
