Cannot connect to emby. help please

When I start emby it goes straight to this screen.  I have put i IP addresses for my Nas devices, my router, my server and it always says cannot connect to this device.  My server's name is LAPTOP.I recall a screen that said server not connected. I don't remember if it was in emby or some other program.

Are you on your local network or are you trying to access the server remotely? If you are on your local network, ensure Emby Server is running on LAPTOP. You should be typing in the IP address of the whatever device has Emby Server running.  I would recommend setting a static IP address for the device so it doesn't change.

Tuesday's Windows update changed my server network from private to public. YMMV.
