TV show episodes shows missing but they are not missing

Hello,

 

I randomly have an issue where some old tv show starts showing it has a missing episode. I know it's not missing so what I have to do to fix it is remove the file refresh sometimes rename it and put it back and refresh again, but as soon as i do that to episode 1 next time i refresh episode 1 now shows up, but now episode 2 is missing and i have to go through this for every episode in the season. This is very annoying I don't understand why this is happening. I can eventually fix it by doing it to every single episode and i have been doing this for a long time now, but why does this keep happening?
