I have downloaded the setup for Wondows 11, but when I try to install it, I get an error message

The message says - Application cannot be started.  Contact the application vendor.  When I click on the "Details" button, I get a wall of text that I don't understand.

Right click on the install program, a pull down menu should appear.  Select Run as Administrator
