Cannot install emby server for Windows

I am trying to install emby server for Windows on a new PC but I am getting the following error message. I clicked on the Details but I have no idea what any of contents mean. Can someone walk me through how to fix this?

Per the log that you attached, you need to run the setup as an administrator.

Activation of http://embydata.com/downloads/server/release10/MediaBrowser.Server.Installer.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
        + The requested operation requires elevation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800702E4)

I had that happen when I didn't run the executable as administrator.
