Last.fm plugin doesn't work as a metadata fetcher

Last.fm just doesn't seem to show up as a metadata agent with the last.fm plugin installed, not sure what kinda logs i need to attach for troubleshooting

Last.fm isn't a metadata provider, it's only used for scrobbling
