ARD Mediathek not work

Hi everyone,

 

first of all, thanks so much for the great Emby.
It’s very well designed and organized. As a Premium member, I’m only missing a few options here and there, but hopefully that will come in the future.
The ARD Mediathek plugin can be installed / server restarted, 
but no matter what you click on or try to view, an error unfortunately pops up. No matter what you click, it’s always the same: 

There are currently no compatible streams available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for more information.

Hi,

I am using the ARD Mediathek plugin version 4.7.0.51 in Emby Server.

When I try to play an ARD Mediathek item, Emby shows this playback error:

“Wiedergabefehler – Derzeit sind keine kompatiblen Streams verfügbar.”

The server log shows that the ARD plugin throws a NullReferenceException while trying to retrieve media info:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Source: Emby.Plugin.Ard
at Emby.Plugin.Ard.Operation.ContentChannel.GetChannelItemMediaInfo(...)

After that, Emby returns:

Returning error code NoCompatibleStream

It looks like the ARD plugin is unable to create a valid media source for the selected item.

I have attached the full Emby server log from the time of the issue.

ich verwende das ARD-Mediathek-Plugin in Version 4.7.0.51 in Emby Server.

Wenn ich versuche, einen Eintrag aus der ARD Mediathek abzuspielen, zeigt Emby folgenden Wiedergabefehler an:

Im Server-Log sieht man, dass das ARD-Plugin beim Abrufen der Medieninformationen einen internen Fehler auslöst:

Danach gibt Emby folgenden Fehler zurück:

Es sieht so aus, als könnte das ARD-Mediathek-Plugin keine gültige MediaSource bzw. keinen gültigen abspielbaren Stream für den ausgewählten ARD-Eintrag erzeugen.

Ich habe den vollständigen Emby-Server-Log aus dem Zeitraum des Fehlers angehängt.

OK looks like an issue in the plugin that needs to be corrected.

Leider ist es immer noch nicht behoben nun ist Fussball vorbei da wäre es gut gewesen wenn es gegangen wäre.


Unfortunately, it still hasn't been fixed. Now that soccer season is over, it would have been nice if it had worked.
