Emby refuses to recognize a movie

I have a movie file that I can't get Emby to recognize. It's a MP4 file, and it plays just fine in QuickTime Player. It's in Media/Movies/Romance folders, and everthing else in that folder loads and plays just fine in Emby. Everything except this one movie, "Finding You". I have scanned library files 3 times, and it still does not show up. I can't find any way to manually get Emby to recognize this file and treat it just like everything else. I am in need of help or my wife won't be very happy. Thanks.
