Need help!! My premiere key will not activate!

I cannot get my premiere key to activate, I have tried on my phone, computer, and that same missing or invalid key message, I have tried contacting support, extremely difficult through email. Anyone here that can help? I would appreciate it!

I finally got it to work on my synology server, just can’t get it working with my Qnap server. I am going to uninstall it from Qnap and try to reinstall and see if that works.

Instead of that, why not address the issue directly and try to find what in the Qnap firewall (or whatever) is blocking access to mb3admin.com?

I can’t figure it out . I’ve stopped the firewall, stopped the vpn. Nothing seems to work, I have been searching for answers or walkthroughs on the net, hopefully I can figure out how to resolve this.
