Samsung model number: UE22H5600AK (CIS region)

Samsung firmware version: didn't find it

Samsung Emby client version: 27 December 2025

Emby server version: 4.9.5.0

Problem: several monthes ago Emby app on Samsung TV stopped showing TV Show episodes. They may be invisible completely or partially (usually some starting eposides are missing). Naming convention is correct.

What I tried:

  • Reinstall app on TV.
  • Deleting and re-adding libraries.
  • Changing libraty pathes to shorter ones.
  • Deleting NFOs and other info and adding it via Emby instruments.
  • Switching languages.
  • and many more thing,

Everything is okay on PC via web and on Android via app.

Are you sure you were running the Samsung app?  For some reason all I can find is DNLA from your Samsung in that log.  I don't believe there has been any Orsay updates released since 2018 either.  Unless you have a SEK and are running Tizen.

Hello! Yes, I'm running Emby app from Samsung APPS. Added more images with it. I also launched a movie and pressed Play All inside empty Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 1 foldes and it started from episode 4. Adding logs.

Thanks.  I can see the activity now.  You're running v .122 on the legacy OS.

Hi! I'm not sure, but suppose it's old Tizen, yes. It's manufactured in 2015.

I think it's a 2014 model and I suspect only Orsay.  Are there any OS details/name/version numbers in the TV Settings, maybe under About this TV?

Hello again! Any ways to fix this? Everything was working fine until the end of 2025, and then something broke :(
