Texusa 2 Posted May 20 Posted May 20 I am running a windows server 4.9.1.80 that is an ipv6 only server due to cgnat but my provider gives me an ipv6 public ip. Up until today I have had no issues with downloading metadata for shows or movies but now it seams I am not able to any more. I have both themoviedb and tvdb selected for metadata. Was there something that changed recently or is anyone else also having this issue? My only thought is the sight that I was getting my metadata from does not support ipv6 any more.
Vidmo232 9 Posted May 20 Posted May 20 There seems to be an issue with the Emby TMDB API key right now, stay tuned. 1

Well it seems that this issue is back again. I just uploaded a new show to my server and it would not allow me to identify it so I checked a few other movies as well as TV shows and they are not able to identify or select photos for anything again. Do you know if the issue is back again?

Hi Luke, Right now I am trying to identify any tv show or movie that I have on my server and even ones that have already been identified when putting ether the name or data base id show that there is nothing for it. I am also not able to load any images either if I go into edit. I have included screenshots to hopefully help. My server is an ipv6 stand alone so no ipv4 access which I am guessing it leading to this issue.
Lessaj 510 Posted yesterday at 04:04 AM Posted yesterday at 04:04 AM Try unchecking and rechecking your metadata providers. Otherwise without a server log with a time stamp of when you attempted to identify/search for images it's anyone's guess. 1
Luke 42579 Posted yesterday at 04:36 AM Posted yesterday at 04:36 AM Hi there, please attach the Emby server log from when the problem occurred: How to Report a Problem Thanks!
Texusa 2 Posted 21 hours ago Author Posted 21 hours ago (edited) Im sorry about that. Here is the log for the server. On this test I was trying to identify the following TV show. https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/7022-fuego-en-la-sangre I tried with both the Spanish name as well as the English name and then also with the TMDB ID number 7022. This is also on IMDB so it seems that something with the API is not working with IPv6. https://www.imdb.com/es/title/tt1159993/ embyserver.txt Edited 20 hours ago by Texusa
