I need to get a list of collections and the video files of the movies that are in them

My wife wants to take a bunch of movies on an external drive on a trip. She gave it to me as a list of emby collections she wants.  I want to make a script to do the copying but, I need a way to get the collections and what files are in them.  As a retired DBA, I can probably get there by browsing the database directly but, before I do that, I thought I'd ask if there's a native way to do it. If there isn't a way, how about some tables for me to look at.
